| Epiphanes is Greek for "God Manifest" and was used as an epithet for several ancient kings, most notably Antiochos IV of the Seleukid Empire. It implied that Antiochos was in fact himself god manifested in the flesh. |

| Soteros is Greek for "savior" and was used as an epithet by many ancient kings, usually because they recovered lost land or brought back order after a period of chaos. |
These are some of the things I have seen which inspired the two poems above. These poems build on the ideas expressed in the previous post written on my trip to Las Vegas.
